I just put on 18 lbs or 8 kg last month just hanging out with friends and stuff. Seems like a lot, right?

To be honest, I don't remember but I remember after being discharged from the hospital, I was fed like there's no tomorrow, lol. I was given lot of nutritious food every couple of hours because I was on meds and my broken bone also needed to heal. I remember going from 26 to 28 waist size (I'm 5'8") and felt so happy because I looked healthy. I'm guessing it must have been 2 kgs. I struggle to gain weight as I'm an ectomorph. So, that felt like a lot.

I've absolutely no idea whatsoever... What I can tell you is during both my pregnancies I put on 30lbs (13.6kgs).

I'm not sure. I never really kept track. But I used to weigh around 180-190lbs so I was eating something serious. Before I turned around 23, I wasn't really tracking everyday. I would just eat whatever whenever I wanted to. So I wouldn't be surprised if I gained around 6-12lbs in a month.
