I’m afraid I might have colon cancer. What should I do?

I’m a 19 y/o female with no family history of colon cancer. A few days ago, I noticed blood on my stool. It was bright red and about the size of a pea. I checked, and there was no blood anywhere else, just at that spot. There was no blood on the tissue either, and I didn’t feel any pain during bowel movements. Actually, I’ve experienced rectal bleeding several times before, but I had never seen it on my stool. I thought it was due to irritation, so I switched to baby wipes, and I didn’t see blood again after that. But now, for the first time in my life, I’ve seen blood on my stool, and it’s shocking and worrying me. I’m really scared right now. I have anxiety, and even worse, I have health anxiety. Last year, I was diagnosed with iron deficiency, and I even took medication for it, so experiencing this now makes me wonder if there’s a serious condition. I wish I had gone to the doctor earlier instead of ignoring it. I’m going this week, but I want to ease my mind a bit before I go. Has anyone here experienced the same thing I did?
