What do you think is the best brand of tampons?

im about to go to cvs and buy some tampons, I haven't tried any different kinds so for those who have, I'm wondering what brand people prefer and why.

And I'm most concerned about the ones that look fuzzy like a lot of cotton particles will be left behind, I really don't want that...any suggestions

I've tried You by Kotex, Playtex Sport, Tampax Pearl and just regular and I feel that Playtex Sport worls best. I never leak and with the others, I do. Also, they are comforatable. I think you have to just experiement a little beforehand since everyone is different. It's a personal preferance I think.

im definitely not ready for that, I'm not comfortable putting things into my vagina so I'm sure I wouldn't put it in correctly and it would leak. I'm still freaking out sometimes about using tampons

diva cups leak WAY less than tampons do. if you're not comfortable, then whatever, but you should keep them in mind! they're safer, you can keep them in longer, more cost-effective, and not as messy.

I don't like Tampax because they have a cardboard applicator. Kotex can be uncomfortable. Playtex Sport and Gentle Glide are amazing. If you want the least amount of particles I would recommend O.b., although that is a self applying kind and I'm not sure on your comfort level with that.

All sorts from the Tampax brand are good, but I like Tampax Pearl the most. That's my preference, though.The Tampax brand is good because you make less of a mess, like you would with o.b. because those are without applicators. Just take one with an applicator and you should be fine :)

i've only tried tampax pearls during the day with pantyliner/lightflow pad, I pretty much like this as it's got an applicator. but I'll still use only pads at night. But gotta take note, we cannot leave tampons in our body for more than 8 hours per tampon.

I like both Tampax and O.B... I don't know about the OB having no applicator though, where I'm living they have both with and without it. I find Tampax last a little longer than OB though.

I guess europe is more of a non-applicator place bacause there ate VERY few applicator tampons.

Kotex have always been my favorite. They fit well in my purse, they're colorful, and they work very, very well. Never had a leaking problem with Kotex.

i don't know if they have this brand in the us, but in europe they have it: ob. its without an applicator, which I'm perfectly fine about.

Playtex as they are more comfortable then tampex. I've never had problems with leakage or fluffyness lol with playtex.

Just don't get the cheapest on the self. Those are always horridly uncomfortable. Its worth the few extra bucks.

i use u! by kotex. they work really good. I seem to leak a lot with playtext sport and I don't with u!

ehh whatever works. I buy the tampax pearls. I have Equate pantiliners, Lol and then I have Stay Free nighttime pads and then Walgreens brand maxis lol

Kotex has the best applicators. And price.

But if you are a heavy bleeder like me the first couple days, use the extra super and a pad for back up

Tampax Pearls with the plastic applicators! Love them.

Especially the ones with the green wrappers, they're called Super and you can leave them in for 8 hours.

Well I don't really pay attention to fuzziness...It really has never been a problem for me with either.. I've noticed that I leak more with Tampax than with Playtex, but I don't have any major complaints with either of them.
