I wouldn't say it's the"best" exercise because so many other things we can do to exercise could be even better. Even vigorous sex is great exercise.

Highly subjective & up for an individual to decide. If someone tried to get me to stop shadow boxing & to start dancing, I wouldn't enjoy it as much or even stick to it for long so I wouldn't burn as many calories while doing it.

I'd say true because it is an energetic exercise and you have to be able to co-ordinate with your partner. So I think good for the fast twitching muscles.

Nope. Sex is the best exercise. It’s cardio and weight lifting in one.(if done right). And if you do it right you can get a few hours in your workout. 😁
