I'd like to get a second opinion from another dentist on some fillings. Should I provide the xrays and all that from the previous dentist or let them make their own second opinion?

I would show the dentist previous trays. That way they can see any changes happening.
i mean unless you wanna pay for another set of xrays, you should provide them with the xrays. the technicality of making an xray is really not likely the problem here. more the interpretation of it. and if it's bad, the other doctor can tell you that and still suggest to make new ones.
Thats what I just did. Got an appointment for $76 by sending the xrays over from the other dentist. The other people lied to me about being able to pull my tooth even though I told them exactly which number it was and that it was broken off, so ill just go back to the original people that looked at it first and let them do the stuff the other place recommended minus the tooth pull. Apparently dentists don't really pull teeth anymore
Yeah pulling teeth is cheap and easy. But every tooth pulled, not causing problems is less profit down the line.
If you're in the military, they love pulling your teeth out XD cause that's the cheapest solution.
