Why do y'all use the worst excuses when someone asks if you want to date a fat person?

Yesterday I saw a post asking if you would date 2 women. They looked like they were at a healthy weight, but the comments called them fat. I started to look up other fat posts and saw that this community does not like fat people. In fact a lot of disrespectful posts /comments came from women, like birth control side effects and pcos isn't a thing. Also that at least in America, our food has been genetically modified which has increase weight gain statistically here. I even made a post non related to weight on here but included a picture and my weight was commented on just to be mean. I've always been a little big, but as I've gotten older I had to watch what I eat and do compared to my skinny friends and still got ridiculed. To the point I thought I was actually losing weight from a new job and a new track routine. However it turned out to be cancer. When the cancer was gone the weight came back quickly.
I went to the gym and lifted weights, and did homemade food, but as the year progressed I got weaker until one day one side of my body became numb and I couldn't even bend without shaking. Going through Dr's. with the same "lose weight diagnosis. And with symptoms getting worst
A dr. tested me for sleep apnea which I do have.
Yes sleep apnea can come from weight gain, but it can also causes weight gain, pain and inflammation and can be inherited. My dad has it along with severe hypersomnia. So all that time I was trying to be healthy, I was hurting myself more because my body was not recovering. My MRIs show bone bruises on my thighs, fluid from inflammation in my knees and tendinopathy for my shoulders. Yet y'all look at my people and assume we don't care about our health and we waste our money & time for at least 1 doctor to listen to us. And y'all call us ugly for trying to find love or at least love ourselves.
