3 moWell firstly it is certainly a diet which avoids excessively fatty and sugary foods, like delicious, cheese cakes, ice creams, cream biscuits, and fried things like bacon, potato chips drizzling oil, burgers, you get the idea. And secondly it is a diet which does not exceed a certain quantity of food per day or per week depending on how you look at it.
Its very simply really. Just avoid the above, the rest is pretty healthy. You can enjoy something delicious occasionally, but keep it strictly occasionally.

3 moIntermittent fasting with controlled portions of whole, unprocessed foods during feeding phases. It’s a good idea to keep your doctor in the loop too, or at least a nutritionist. If you have any kinds of inflammation disorders, there are otherwise “healthy” foods that should be avoided. Some people diet and end up feeling worse because they are choosing the wrong foods to break their fast on.

After I gave birth, I managed to get back to my pre pregnancy body by eating mostly clean/lean food under strict deficit. No processed, fried, oily or food that is high in carbs. Another one that has to be cut almost completely is sugary drink. Drink coffee without sugar. I still eat pastries on my cheat day (Sat&Sun) but these are when I am scheduled to do cardio.

Any diet where you’re in a caloric deficit and exercise. You don’t need to become a gym rat or anything. If you weigh 200lbs your daily caloric intake should be 2200-3000 calories a day. Subtracting 500calories daily can help lose 1lbs a week.
You can cut back more by using a calorie tracker and eating cleaner foods.00 Reply

2 moEat like a king in the morning, a prince at lunch and a pauper at supper. BUT, first increase the amount of exercise to create a calorie deficit and demand in your body for 6 + weeks. Then gradually reduce your calorie intake. By having the rich, protein-heavy foods early in the day, you satisfy a built-in "protein requirement" most people body's have. The problem is when we eat high-carb/low protein foods to try fill that protein demand. By the time we fill our protein need, we've bagged a couple K in carbs. Of course, get the OK from your doctor before any exercise or dietary changes.
00 Reply Regardless of what nutritional regimen you ultimately choose, I recommend that you strongly consider smaller meals, more often, to allow you to fully digest each meal. If you take a vitamin C tablet whenever you have a meal, it will help you digest it better and faster, because vitamin C is a component of hdrochloric acid, the primary ingredient of digestive juices.

However generally it's about consuming less kilocalories, while getting enough nutrients to prevent malnutrition over longer time span.
The person who wants to lose weight needs to figure out which diet is most effective
00 Reply1.3K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. The one where you eat less calories than you consume. Which sounds easy in it's conception but a bit more difficult in it's practice which is so many struggle.
I'll admit for myself it gets harder to maintain as I age. I've ALWAYS liked putting on the feedbag.🤣 I just try to remind myself life is about moderation in everything. But never forget to reward yourself along the way. Because life is short and should still be enjoyed.

3 mothe diet where you have a caloric deficite that doesn't go beyond your basal metabolic rate. there's litterally nothing more to it. there's a nutritinal scientist who showed that in a self experiment. he just ate twinkies for a month, still staying beneath his caloric needs and he still lost weight AND his blood sugar got better even tho he litterally just ate sugar. so there's that. if that's not a discussion ender, i don't know what is.

Anonymous(30-35)3 moIt's all about calories in calories out. Doesn't matter what diet you eat as long as you are burning more than you consume.
The best thing to do is to have a diet that you can stick to for the rest of your life but where you're getting plenty of fiber and protein.00 ReplyEveryone is different the diet that you can keep up with forever. Thats why a lot of diet plans are not effective because you dont like , its more like punishment than anything else. You need one that you enjoy, and its possible to find one
00 Reply2.5K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. Most people just need to eat less and swap the garbage for healthy foods. Combine that with daily exercise, and the weight will fall off. That worked for me anyway.
10 ReplyAny diet is possible.. eat in small amounts. Don't drink water 30 mins before and after meal. Walk a bit after every meal then you will lose weight easily. It's all about mindful eating. Follow this method and you will see wonders.
10 Reply4.5K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. I am going high protein to try and lose some weight. Usually in the summer I get too busy to eat and workout a lot. As I am getting older it becomes harder to lose the weight.

3 moSome ingredients are energetic, others aren't. Mix those. Not too much of one or the other.
But the most effective method: Just eat till you are satisfied.

3 moIt's not necessarily about diet. Weight loss is more about just not eating a lot.
Try fasting like going 2 days without food once a week and eat small meals and you will see weight loss quickly.00 Reply Depends on your physiology, age and level of activity.

Both mean the same thing, only the former is describing what humans do and the latter describing what animals do (or an impolite/blunt way to use it with people).
