What are your opinions on scopolamine?

Aka devils breath, it is a drug that even tho has its medical purposes, it also has its history of being used for crime, it makes you hallucinate and at the higher dosages it has the ability to paralyzed, erase someone's memory and even make people do stuff like a zombie, it originates in Columbia and people have used it for making people do crimes where they forget about after, for sexual assault and stealing organs and kidnapping, the worst part is that even tho people lace others drinks and stuff, it's possible to consume by just breathing it, so don't sniff anything anybody offers, mostly in not so good places.

My view is drugs are wonderful if they help a condition that without them life is intolerable.

Apparently the drug scopolamine is used for motion sickness, and is applied on the skin in the form of a patch.

Like any drug it can be abused.

I'm sure all drugs will have side effects, and better not to take them if possible.

I think it should be used in patch form only after surgery to decrease the nausea. Once a person recovers after surgery, they should be taken off of it and let their acetylcholine levels go back to normal. It shouldn’t be used apart from that, in my opinion.
