I hope you're doing better now. I never had one myself but my uncle did and he still says it was the worst pain he ever had. (And this is a guy who worked in the woods most his life. Been cut by chainsaws. Lost an eye, all that kinda fun stuff.)

No, my father used to get one every other year. If it was an odd umbered year I knew that he would be getting one. I expected it to be a hereditary condition but so far so good.
