I've been having problems with this leg for months. it gets re-injured as easily as incorrectly pivoting on the foot, or else stepping over or around an obstacle can reinjure the leg. I've been to the point of nearly limping on the leg for several months now.
I just discovered that I CANNOT do a cross-heel stomp kick with my left leg, because the pain of the motion is too great.

You might need surgery. I have 2 flat feet and they gave me steroids to take and they want me to start stretching cause my muscle is swollen. Are you wearing the right shoes as our feet are connected to our legs
1.- Go to a Doctor
2.- Go to a Sports Therapist
3.- Check back with another Doctor, again
Why are you telling us and not an orthopedic doctor? You might need an orthotic brace.
Scheduling to see an Orthopedist takes months of run-around between a Primary and the Orthopedist.
I thought it would heal up on its own, but if anything, this injury has gotten worse. I don't even remember exactly how it happened, probably when i was helping my mother move her damned farm animals.
The fact that this has been going on for so long is not a good sign.
