I tried GLP-1s for months and never lost even one pound. What do you think?

Ozempic shots made me vomit over and over, but still didn't lose any body fat.

Rybelsis, which is the same medication but in pill form, didn't seem to do anything either.

Why is it that everything that supposedly works for other people never works for me?

The only diet I've ever done which sort of worked at first was a Zero Carbs diet, which made me lost around 43 pounds total, but I've actually gained half of that back since then, because the diet stopped working. I only eat about 1600 Calories per day, but I keep gaining weight. I'm up to 226lbs again this morning, which is the heaviest I've been in six years. I want to get back down to 185lbs again somehow, but it seems hopeless.

I don't drink sugary drinks nor do I add sugar nor salt to anything I eat. I eat a modest amount of protein each day, probably around 60 to 70 grams. I make sure to eat at least 50 grams per day for man over 40 years old.

I need to exercise more I guess, but it's hard to do that when I'm constantly nursing muscle strains and have had four TIA, two of which are well-documented.

I fear if I don't get my health back under control soon, I'm going to check out soon. Understand?
