Does bad food lead to premature aging?

I notice 2 social media food influencers have started too show aging skin after a few years on the job. I believe it is because restaurants are operated by people that do not love or care about you, and they will give you unhealthy meals if it is cheaper that way.

When I visit all inclusive resorts, my food is healthy, because their business model demands repeat visitors, and if you gain 30 pounds a month, you will never vacation with them again.

Last year, I lost 5 pounds on my cruise and I ate and drank what ever I wanted. I just made sure to alternate between 40% keto, 40% East Asian food, and 20% food hacks I discovered online.
