Half the day at least. Even when I'm relaxing I'm busy. Doing nothing at all makes life useless and I strive to do something as much as possible, while also taking time to do restful things

Depends on the day.. Somedays are busier than others.

I wanna say half of the day on weekdays. I have more free time on the weekends.

I'll purposely make myself even busier if I want to get over something.

I am doing two, three or four things at the same time all day. The only time I stop that is to practice keyboards, guitar or both. My only "quiet time" is when I go to bed.
