My weight was 82 kg three months ago.
My waist circumference was 105 cm.
I switched to 18/6 intermittent fasting, healthy eating, and almost zero sugar. I did light home workouts—mainly a stationary bike, targeted dumbbell exercises, sit-ups, and jump rope.
Now my weight is 75 kg. My waist and chest fat circumference is still at least 95 cm.
My body fat percentage came out as 24%.
Even though I’ve lost weight, my belly and chest still look really bad. How many more months do you think I need? I want to look athletic.
