Does the sun make you tired? why?

I always feel so drained after some sun but I am not dehydrated

OMG yes, just the other day I was laying on the couch that we have right next to a big bay window. The sun was strong and I was hot, but felt so cozy. I feel right to sleep. The next thing I knew I woke up the sound of my baby crying lol. I think it's heat, it makes your body slow down. This has happened a few times since we've moved here. My husband says I've become even more cat like lol
