The issue with how good someone looks comes down to their level of personal hygrnine and means to take care of themselves. People who have a lower IQ may neglect taking care of themselves due to having a low IQ. But that doesn’t mean that someone who’s got a lower IQ can’t look good if they choose to keep up with themselves or have someone help them.
