Have you ever overdosed and had an out-of-body hallucination?

Years ago i was being stupid and overdosed on pain meds. I took a nap and ended up hallucinating flying outside my body like a ghost, and it felt so real i almost though i was dead until i woke up with my heart beating like i ran a marathon. Has that ever happened to you after an overdose?

Never took even a painkiller, but as a 6 year old i had falsely waken up and gotten off the bed, explored the home and neighborhood and was surprised why nobody is talking back to me, then return back to my bed where my real body was, trying to sleep again, and then immediately wake up the second time and go find everybody i tried talking to doing exactly what i saw them doing, even their computer screens showing exactly what i saw in the "dream". ㅤ

I experienced something similar mixing cold meds together.
