I'm 6'2" and 205 lbs or about 188 cm and 93 kg. Chest 44". Waist 34". Fairly heavily muscled and low body fat. I never skipped leg day, LOL. That's pretty much how I've been since about age 21. Full head of dark brown hair. Zero health problems.

Women and children don't scream in horror when they see me. Usually. Most men will defer to me.

I have no complaints. Clothes fit me well. Furniture, cars, trains, and planes fit comfortably. If anything I'd go about 2 inches shorter. A couple of sports cars I've owned were a tight fit for me.

I am yes, but body shape wise I am also keeping an eye on it. I went from skinny to a medium build. Medium is fine by me, but I don't want to be more than that. So when I notice I get close to the heaviest I have been I diet a little bit to ensure I don't grow new fat cells. I don't want to make weight loss hard long term so I try to avoid a territory where I am overweight as much as I can and have a decent margin to do so still.

Normally yes, but ever since I had my baby not so much 😭 I'm working on losing the baby weight, but the stretch marks are here to stay. I don't mind them though. They are like battle scars!
