Having a natural sleep and regular sleep pattern has helped me to cope without any chemicals, vitamins and other miracle preparations.

I very seldom have a problem falling asleep and I am usually falling asleep within 10 minutes of hitting the pillow. I have learned to "empty" my brain and not to think of anything, to not worry about the past or the future.

Living alone definitely helps me maintain a healthy sleep since I am never confronted with arguments or other domestic issues.

For the time being and with my current situation, I don't have the need to use supplements to try to have a better sleep. I sleep my regular 8 hours a day and I don't feel excessively tired.

Yes I live alone and why would I want to have anyone over. I don't fornicate and that is why I sleep so well.
