I don't see a reason to cook a big meal when sick, because most of that will either be stored or wasted due to the flu symptoms that cause no or low appetite
Cooking s big meal will not hurt you but you might no tfeel much like eating it afterwrds.
Yes because that's a meal for a lot of people not one person and you risk giving them the flu

If I have the flu, I would have no energy cook for myself
So you got 3 options either 1. Cook 2. Starve 3. Take out or go to a restaurant and get other people sick or put others at risk of getting sick
