hmmm not sure...

I mean, I'm all about balance so... I am not sure how to isolate these parts then decide which is greater than the other, lol

so, what's stronger really? is it the build-up, the base? or the foundation...

the mindset might be your build-up, but the foundation is usually character... and one is not strong without the other, nor as significant either... the structure itself, would be... the chore of yourself, that's what really keeps the balance and gives you the strength

and for that... although, I believe in the inexplicable factors that way more often than not... people call it a, soul...

I believe the strength of my mindset is to be willing to change it with new and truthful information. New information doesn't mean it's all truth; the world is full of mis/disinformation, so critical analytic skills are very important. Seems to be a tremendous lack of that these days in certain places. LOL

Oh, definitely. With marathon training, your mind is such a powerful asset. When I’m running long distances, it’s usually not my body that wants to give up, it’s my mind. Sometimes it’s so mentally grueling, and pushing through those moments becomes just as important as the physical training.

Mindset is important within the context of what is actually possible for a specific person in specific circumstances. A person with a mediocre mindset will always end up with mediocre results in most things he or she does.
