What do you value more in a person, intellect or knowledge?

How I'm defining them in this context:

Intellect: Ability to understand subjects easily and acquire knowledge at an increased rate.

Knowledge: Accumulation of information to be proficient in subjects concerning that information.

both can be valuable... depending on the task or need

but, for most cases... intellect (by your definition) would be more versatile
