Do seasonal changes make you sick?

Since I'm used to the cold, it’s actually the heat that kills me lol. Never getting sick at -30c but dropping like a fly during the first weeks of summer - makes perfect sense.

Personally, I haven't spotted any seasonal pattern, and I actually believe that weather doesn't affect sickness. But spending time with colleagues, kids, lovers and friends, or strangers in public transportation will certainly maximise my chances to fall for the nearest cold or flu

Cold doesn't make you get sick, viruses such as the common cold, flu and covid 19 thrive more in cold dry climates. there's also other factors such as breathing in cold air reducing the amount of nasal defenses, spending more time indoors and in close proximity to people and lower Vitamin D levels

The worst thing is that your city is on the totally wrong side of its time zone- up to early, sunset is too early. The change of the seasons from winter to spring actually makes me sicker than fall to winter.

Not seasonal changes, just any strong temperature changes. Walking from heat into an artificially chilled room will almost always give me the sniffles. 🤧

No. I don't get colds or allergies from seasonal changes. I can go from hot to cold and vice versa with no adverse health effect.

Every Spring, my allergies kick in as trees release their pollen. I'm not sick but my breathing suffers, kind of like a cold

Even my opinion i left here, you ask about seasonal changes making us sick, i answered with how i have a better heat tolerance after quitting cold showers. it's just energy levels, not suckness. irrelevsnt to your question. it's the definition of being under a stupid spell.
