I don't buy bottled water. I don't want to consume BPA or PFAS that leech from the water from the containers. I don't want to pay more for water than for freaking soda pop. In fact, it's an insult to pay for water at all. I would rather drink from a drinking fountain or a tap even though that would contain fluoride and possibly traces of who knows what. I don't even trust the sources of bottled water.
First thing in the morning, I mix some stuff called Cardio Miracle with about 3/4 liter of water. After that has a chance to metabolize, I make 24 oz of 100% organic coffee and pour it into two 12 oz travel cups with sippy lids. To each of those I add about 3/4 tsp of organic hot coco powder (not very sugary) and top them of with a bit of cold, organic, whole milk. I drink one cup with my breakfast and sip the other one over the next few hours.
Later in the day and evening, I drink about an average of one liter of pure water. During the summer, I also take a few glugs of fruit juice throughout the day.
I wind up drinking at least 85 oz or 10.5+ cups of liquid per day.

Some where between 32 and 64 ounces a day, plus iced tea and - possibly- some pop.
