Where did you find one? Mine were useless but they weren’t paychologists

I was married to a narcissist having arrived at 30 with all the self-esteem of roadkill. At some point she insisted we attend marriage counseling, with the idea that someone would tell me it was all my fault. That didn't happen, and I started seeing the woman who she refused to see after a few weeks. She was a bit older, and put me back together, at least partly. I should have continued seeing her for a couple of years after I stopped.
