How can I see a doctor with no insurance at 28 for bowel issues?

My insurance expired, I had Kaiser as I’m old now lol 28. I have stomach bowel issues. 2 wks ago I was going number 2 daily , then stopped & just been peeing 30x a day so I must have an infection. I took antibiotics for this few month ago but it returned I don't know y. I get gas but still can’t go number 2. I’ve been told fiber is low & I do eat fiber but my diet is on & off,& lately only eating rice turkey , white bread, Avacado, icecream, no fiber.
I feel this issue isn’t serious enough to to the ER. I can’t pay any amount I’m broke.
I have medical but it don’t cover Kaiser anymore. I don’t have an insurance plan yet but think Kaiser might the the cheapest $250 a month.
what shud I do?
I have constiaption medicine from my last doctor visit, should I take it to see if it helps?
my stomach is tight bloated.

I’ll go tonite when I finish work. Shud I just take that constipation medicine the doctor gave me few months ago? It was for the same issue. I haven’t taken it as I’m going to work and can’t be all day on the toilet

I ate a fiber yogurt and oatmeal in the morning and it made my stomach move a bit as my stomach has been tight and not moving I feel too full when I eat. I haven’t eaten fiber lately just rice turkey Avacado daily & icecream. And same eggs past 3 wks
