Manual and floss, rinse, then a vibrating electric with fluoride which the doc said NOT to rinse (for at least 15 minutes). Gives it time to absorb the fluoride.

Both. Electric Oral B at least once a day. Its round head is far easier to maneuver than the oval one from Philips Sonicare.
