Are you a deep sleeper?

Here is my pattern that happens almost the same every night. About a 40-45 minute "test nap". Then comes my deepest sleep- about 4-5 hours worth. Get up, hit the bathroom, and back to bed for another couple hours. Then back up to start the next day.

A week ago, ambulances and fire trucks hit our block in response to a neighbor who collapsed and had died. I heard nothing. It was right in the middle of my 4-hour block of sleep. But, then, my dad fell asleep seeing the movie Patton, so no surprises there.

Oh absolutely. Im like dead to the world usually when I fall asleep and im notoriously hard to wake up unless it's the kids, especially when I have them solo.

Nah I am the opposite, I can wake up very easily, I am very alert, even a whisper can wake me up.
