I walk to work most days and swim at least once a week. That is more than enough exercise for me. We do have a home gym, but we don't use it much.

I go for a run (usually on trails) or do some lap swimming 5-6 days a week. For the runs I have been going out very early as it seems like this summer has been hotter than usual.
