What time do you typically eat throughout the day and is it only one time a day?

Since I started working my new job, I find I have no time to eat but once I get home. I don't really seem to have a lunch break which is odd but I'm not complaining for the pay I'm getting.

So what about you guys? Do you eat once a day or multiple times a day?

I only eat lunch around 11:30 AM.

Then when I wake up in the middle of the night I eat a bowl 🥣 of cereal and milk and it puts me right back to sleep. 😴 💤

I have a little something like granola in the morning or fruit. Then I have a salad with some type of protein for lunch. Dinner is whatever now that we have a kitchen.

Usually, 8am 11-11:30 am and then 6pm for dinner.

Usually multiple times a day... I don't have some special time, it depends on circumstances.

8AM or so, light snack around Noon and then dinner varies wildly
