Do you eat canned tuna even though it has mercury in it? What kind do you buy and eat?

I thought I was buying a healthier canned tuna when I bought yellow fin packed in olive oil. Nope!

I researched on the internet and the safest tuna in chunky tuna packed in water

Albacore is the worst. It has 3 times as much mercy in it compared to the chunky tuna packed in water

I don't buy that nonsense for a second. It has no more or less tuna than any other thing you're going to consume. It's a scare tactic used by the media to deter you from eating one of the highest sources of protein available

I have not had canned tuna in 30 years. Some people eat so much tuna that they can take their own temperature.
