“We are deeply heartbroken by the loss of our beloved Fiona. She was a loving young girl who was smart, creative and loved to dance” said the family..
It is heartbroken to see how many young children are attempting to suicide or killing themselves.. Why do you think we hear these stories a lot these days?

Honestly, I think part of it is that we hear about these stories much more than we used to. Social media and the internet can spread heartbreaking news very quickly, so we are constantly exposed to things that might have stayed local or private years ago.
But I also think we shouldn't dismiss the problem just because we're hearing about it more. Children are dealing with bullying, loneliness, family problems, pressure at school, social media, and things they may not know how to talk about. Sometimes adults don't realize how much a child is struggling because the child can look completely fine on the outside.
What worries me most is when a child feels like there is nobody they can safely talk to. I think we need to take changes in a child's behavior seriously and make it easier for them to ask for help without feeling judged or punished. Sometimes simply having one person who listens can make a huge difference.
Being an adolescent has always been difficult. Puberty, hormones, relationships. Navigating all of those changes has never been easy. Today's teens have it harder than before. Social media puts more pressure to conform than ever and it makes bullying easier than ever.
It's well documented that exercise helps regulating emotions and stress. Kids today get less exercise than ever. They're glued to their phones and when they leave the home, they often take their electric bicycles or scooters.
The whole world is getting worse. Terrible to hear of such things.
Life's getting worse and social media tanks their mental health
Social media is making people more depressed and especially young people.
