Why does it seem younger children are killing more frequently?

There’s no real reason for alarm, per se…all homicides are going down despite the uptick after Covid.

But either the media is portraying murders more- a high probability- or kids are getting smarter- which by stats they are- and are able to think of homicide earlier in age.

the papers sensationalize certain stories for a buck rather than know the harm it causes. i'm all for reporting the facts if they happen but a young mind who reads, hears or watches something that is a little too close to home might get ideas. so for that, i do think the media is to blame. broken homes, abuse and poverty as well are likely causes

Bad parenting and it will seriously help if the kid isn't in the house much where they lose their minds and become isolated and delusional.
