What do we do about children who kill?

Seems “cruel and unusual” for a 7-10 yr old child to go into prison for the rest of their lives. But these kids’ crimes are strangely sexual. This making them possibly sexual psychopaths. Potentially.

Because their kid brains aren’t matured yet. How can we know if they’re a threat?

even in the Torah it says that if a child has committed a most heinous act that they are to bring them to the religious officials anf they execute the child. this was for the most egregious acts like murder or rape

I did deep dive and read into their parents as well. Not 100% beaver cleaver but not that bad, honestly. That’s why there’s a debate about nature or nurture. Both cause it. But this early, there’s something wrong in their wiring.

Yes it might not be their fault, in raising it but if it's genetic isn't it their fault then too? The problem remain who would be suitable to correct it? Should we just put it down like a failed pet? That would be the easy solution right. We as a society can always create more kids. Start over instead of fixing what went wrong.
