My ex has it even though he's really fit like Nick Jonas who also has it and he's super fit. I find it weird that they have it and they are fit people.

So do you know anyone who has it? And are they super healthy otherwise?

I know 2 people with it and my late boyfriend Patrick was diagnosed with it 8 months before he died. But he always said that he felt great!

type 1 or 2? It's insulin resistance, possibly have to strickly manage diet and cleanup the body.

known multiple with type 2... all just the body rebelling against lack of maintenance. type 1 is organ disfynction.

that's odd. generally solved by dietary changes. just can't do the carbs and sugars. Watch Dr. Berg videos and others til he finds what works. Get tested for insulin resistance. Could have some other stuff going on.
But if he's x then not in your domain of influence.

He's currently doing a lot to go into remission. Working out harder than ever. Eating healthier than ever. Giving up drinking etc.

I know one guy who has it. He's a friend of my dad we went for lunch and he had to inject himself with insulin. My psychologist is pre diabetic but he's adjusting his lifestyle now trying to take better care of his health.

My father was diabetic. He was also overweight. If he lost 20 pounds he could have thrown away the needles but his attitude was that if he stuck himself every day with a needle he could eat whatever he wanted to.

worthy to note that, there are a lot more cases of the acquired Type 2 Diabetes, than the other that's rather triggered over genetics

Yes I do know people with diabetes. It has a lot of consequences and is quite pervasive.

yes, I have type 2 diabetes. I have had it for about 8 years. I treat it with two specific medications (Metformin and Trulicity), and as a result, I am still quite fit and healthy.
