On weekends how much do you sleep?

I have a very regular sleep pattern, regardless of the day of the week.

I am not the party type of person and never go out to parties on weekends. Therefore, my sleep pattern on the weekend is the same as the one I have when I have classes during the week.

Usually, I will be in bed by 11PM and be up by 6AM, even on Saturdays or Sundays. The time between waking up and my breakfast is spent doing some yoga, meditation and exercises. That rhythm keeps my mind and body focused for the day.

Since I don't drink, I don't have the need to have extended sleeping patterns on the week-end.

I usually aim for around 8 to 9 hours on weekends, especially if the week has been stressful. Sometimes I sleep a little longer if I have nothing planned and my body needs the rest. 😂 I love those mornings when you wake up, realize you don't have to rush anywhere, and just get to enjoy being in bed a little longer. What about you guys?

I try to keep the same schedule as I'm an early riser. I like to go for a morning trail run to chill out and get ready for the day either on the weekend or during the week when I'm in college classes. Sometimes if I'm lucky enough and my casual friends with benefits has spent the night we do sleep in a bit and enjoy some morning fun if you know what I mean.

I have a cat and she constantly demands attention all the time so I get as much sleep on the weekends as much as I get on the week days lol
