I've been considering. I have a bit of a schnoz lol.
But I just want to know how many of you would think differently of a person if you knew they had undergone cosmetic surgery. Be honest please!
I'd think you felt a need to live up to other people's approval, and that would make you weak-willed.
My mom did things like that. She legally changed her Jewish-sounding last name, she got cosmetic surgery, she died her hair blond, etc. I always gave her sh*t about that because she was a wanna-be WASP, and I think that is absolute bullsh*t. I have a hard to pronounce last name, dark features, NYC accent, and overall look like a Ginny truck driver, but I don't give a f*** what people think about that. I would be more upset with myself if I changed to fit what other people (especially fat white suburbanite slobs) thought I should look and act like. Just be the way you were made and stop trying to be a Barbie doll.
I'd think this person wasn't trustworthy in general. I prefer letting nature take its course unless yu've had some sort of injury or a really serious problem...
I have a rather big nose as well and have thought about having a nose job. But honestly, I don't think I could ever go through it. I think getting a nose job would only mean that I wasn't able to accept myself for who I was, it's part of what makes me unique and it's part of what makes you unique too. Sorry if that sounded kind of cheesy, haha.
Honestly I'd wonder why, I'd probably view them as more materialistic also. But its your body and choice. As long as you fully know what you're getting yourself into (cost, pain, recovery, etc) then its up to you. Also if you're breaking your piggy bank just to get one, its probably best if you didn't.

i would find them unattractive only because I would know that they have low self esteem which isn't attractive at all
Get a non-surgical nose job. Youtube it. I know a lot of people who got it, it looks great.
That would be a good idea if I had a bump on my nose or something, but I'm pretty sure I'd need actual surgery to fix mine...
It's not necessarily the size of your nose, rather the symmetry and proportion to your face. Bring it up if you go see a plastic surgeon. It's $800 instead of $8000
