Hyphal elements seen in stool?

What do you mean by Hyphal elements seen in stools? I did a fecalysis today. The result shows that I have no parasites and no ameoba.. But it says under it.. Others: Hyphal elements seen.. What does this mean? Please help. I've been trying to google it but I can't find the exact answer. Thank you :D

Hyphal elements are single, unidentifiable fragments of mold.
