Sure you CAN kiss him, but you'll probably give it to him and he'll have to suffer through it too. It's possible for a person to pass on the virus but never have the 'sickness' itself due to stronger immunity though, so you may have gotten it from him in the first place. It's also possible that you've already infected him, because with most viruses like that, we're most contagious before we even show any symptoms.
Lol mono aka the kissing diesease... no, you don't want to kiss your boyfriend because he will get it. But if you have mono then chances are he has it as well since you more than likely got it from him. Remember that some people have strong immune systems and can not show signs of a disease/ever get sick but can pass them along to people who have weaker immune systems.

I had it when I was 18. OMG, the throat pain was so bad I couldn't swallow water and I slept 22 hours a day. You don't want to get this.
