How many calories did I just eat? I can not count my cals properly.Help

Hi.I am 22 years oldm , trying to lose some weight. I woke up at 6 in the morning, feeling dizzy, because I think my blood sugar fell, because I had no dinner the night before. So I ate

-a white roll and two small pieces of chocolate with some water. Then I woke up at noon and worked out, and ate -

- some cabbage soup and then a little amount of rise with soy sauce on it, a small piece of friend chicken breast and fresh pepper.

This is all so far, I am planning to eat some fruits in the evening and maye cooked chicken breast with some fresh pepper.

So does this amount of food reach 1100 calories or more? I really am trying to eat healthy , but I am hungry too, specially in the evening.
How many calories did I just eat? I can not count my cals properly.Help
