Freakin' A, I need help muscle boys.

I have an up coming event towards the end of the year. I need to lose as much weight as possible, as fast as possible. I've lost a little over 20 lbs in the last 5 weeks by changing eating patterns, and working out at the gym like 3-4 times a week. If I mess up eating something bad, I feel extremely guilty. I need tips, suggestions, advice. Anything helps! I'm willing to try any regime. Thank you:)
