what are some ways of getting rid of this that you know and have tried that work?
please help me!
Keep yourself clean! I use anti-acne wash on my back and chest every time I shower. And wash my face with an anti-acne face cleanser every night before I go to sleep. And make sure to moisturize with something that won't clog your pores, cause if you're skin gets too dry it will excessively produce oil and just cause more acne.
Unfortunately this is just preventative, but not a perfect solution for me. On top of this I got a prescription cream for my acne that works really well.
Also, what you put in your body effects what your skin looks like. Drink LOTS of water, eat lots of natural whole foods, and try to keep the junk to a minimum. Exercising is great too, because sweating clears out your pores (unless you sweat while wearing makeup). Just make sure to rinse off afterward so the bacteria in your sweat doesn't cause a breakout ;)
Please read the part on ACNE- Prescription for Nutritional Health is FANTASTIC. Your problem is internal not External- a lot to do with chemical processes and nutritional intake- enter the below link into search bar...

Its easy for women, there are injections you can get which get rid of it. They work via hormones though so are off limits for men, we have to use a considerably riskier one which I never took the plunge for.
Sunshine helps. Japanese women and nerds have terrible skin because they hide from the sun.
A good diet and lots of water too.
an occasional pimple is normal, if you have more acne though: this site seems to be real good info

Some people are able to beat their acne using products or lifestyle choices, but unfortunately others have to just wait it out. Either way, it helps to use a cleanser made for oily skin and apply a topical medication containing salycilic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Neutrogena just came out with a salycilic acid body spray that actually seems to be helping me. You can get body washes for acne too.
I usually prefer natural products, but I find that they just don't do enough for my acne, unfortunately. So I use a lot of Neutrogena and Biore products right now. It also helps to drink enough water, eat a balanced diet (lots of veggies and good stuff like salmon), get enough sleep and avoid stress. If you exercise, try to shower and change right away after so your pores don't clog.
Proactiv never worked for me but you might want to try cutting out the dairy, processed foods, oily foods from your diet and then taking some Vitamin B6 and B12 supplements daily.
Otherwise, your best bet would be to go see a dermatologist who might put you on an antibiotic regime, birth control, or even Accutane.
If you do not want to go the derma, then try some product from the Bodyshop. they have good stuff, you probably have heard this a 1000 times try drinking loads of water... try not to touch your face, if you want to, then make sure you wash your hands. You also need to know what kind of skintype you have i.e, normal, combination or dry skin...
Ah,
Proactive is not good. Although you may think it works (It does) You`re skin becomes accustomed to using it & once you stop, your acne gets even worst. That`s why people who try proactive always have to stick with it.
Strange enough, but birth control pills also help reduce acne. Try speaking with your doctor. If you`re 36 to 45 your acne days should have been over a while ago. It could be something with your skin.
Go to a dermatologist. He/she is there to give you proper recommendations and even proper medicine if necessary.
Take vitamin A and E.
Stay off dairy products, milk, foods with high fat and sugar, fodds with a high glycemic index and simple carbohydrates for a while.
Idk if you find out let me no but never use proactive it makes your skin worse when you stop using it
proactive.
Do you use that stuff? Does it really work? I've been curious forever and been thinking of trying it.
