My scalp is really dry I have a lot of dandruff

What can I do to improve my hair health?is there a special shampoo I can use?

Ive tried using shamppos that say they will get rid of dandruff but they don't work for me.ive tried washing my hair less I'm down to about once or twicr a week and nothing works please help me

1- Don't ever use a hot water to wash your hair it will make it more worst.

2- Use Nizoral Shampoo.

3- Some of my friends use the table salt: >> I don't know if it really will be of use..

You put some suitable amount of salt on your dry hair -> and comp your hair with tiny-teeth comb your hair well many times -> Then wash your hair with warm water without shampoo-> Finally wash it with warm water + shampoo again!

4- Hold an egg and crash it by your head ... >> no no this one is a joke sorry don't do it! :P hahaha

stop eating bread - it sounds like candida overgrowth to me. check if you have a whit-ish film on your tongue - you might be allergic to gluten.

Noe that you mention it I do have a whitish film on my tongue.how do I treat this allergy ?do I stop eating bread?

Try AXE Dandruff Shampoo OR

Apply Real Mayonnaise for about an hour before you shower

those 2 really helped me AND Baby Shampoo. :)

head and shoulders REALLY helped me. after a week my dandruff went away...but mine wasn't that bad...so I'm not sure. but I definitely recommend that.

Yeah Head and Shoulders sometimes it helps... My sister's hair become clear of dandruff when she used it! >> They should pay us money, we're advertising for their product! ><" lol
