Slimming my thighs... Help!

Great legs, but my thighs could use some work. Are there any excersizes I could do to slim My thighs?

You can't spot burn. If the size on your thighs comes from fat and not muscle then the only thing you can do is try to do standard fat burning cardio with good nutrition habits. Fat will disappear from your whole body but unfortunately you cannot control where it comes off of first. It could be your thighs are the very last areas you lose fat from.

I do like thick thighs. You shouldn't change them. I'm pretty sure I can wrap one hand around your thighs. That's kind of like my "rule of thumb" for thigh thickness.

Depends how long your arms are...but what I meant was that you can squeeze the thigh a bit to get your arm around.

You can't spot lose, but you can focus more on distance running and less on weight lifting. However, if you do that, keep in mind that you're strength will go way down, as your muscle mass changes to accomodate your new training.

No, if your thighs are fat then you can't pick and choose where to loose the fat. The best thing to do is to diet and exercise. Cardio (running) is great for this. Squats and lunges are too.

-30-60 minutes of cardio like running, jogging, dancing, swimming

-Exercises such as lunges, squats, hip raises & wall-sits
