Like the others said, you can't do spot reduction. However, you can cut calories down to about 1500 and work on distance running 5 days a week. That will give you some all over tone.
Runnings, jogging and many many squats.

But you can make a lot of money promising fatties that you have the secret to targetted weight loss.
There's no such thing as spot reduction. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.
