These workouts are definitely for people who would be considered advanced. I wouldn't do it as a beginner. They make it seem like 60 Days is all you need, but its extremely intense. If you are a beginner you will be aching by day 3 and taking a break. A guy or girl who hasn't worked out a day in their life and is expecting to just walk right into this routine is kidding themselves. It can be very discouraging when the aches and pains begin especially when people begin taking breaks from the routine.
I say start slow and get yourself use to exercise first.
But, if you go to the gym or exercise a few times a week and feel that you are sorta fit then it could be worth a shot.

It's high intensive interval training right? If it is, it should work fine as long as you don't starve yourself with your diet. Good meal plan is 60-70% of the work.
I LOVED it! the 2nd round I had started I quit just because it was repatitious (sp?) but will redo it later on. I also did Asylum which I will restart in August.
It worked for me though I only lost 7 pounds (my diet wasn't as good as it could have been) and I hit a plateau the second month but I lost tons of inches
Recently my friend started doing it and it seems to be working just great for her.

It sure worked for me. I've had it all my life and I'm crazier n' a sh*thouse rat!
it works but depends on how motivated the person stays for 2 months
i get bored from the similar routines everyday so id rather go to the gym and get more variety in my workout
