If you say no, would your answer be different if you had a child that was a victim in this case?
Do you think Joe Paterno's statue should be removed?

I think it doesn't matter who you are.. if you have a hand in aiding a sex offender you should be punished the same way any average Joe or plain Jane would be, I mean it makes him an accessory to the fact. I don't know the case, or the people involved but he definitely deserves to face some form of repercussion. Regardless of who the child victims were, everyone should be doing their piece to protect our children. If our children can't trust us to be adults.. who can they trust?
It's like the Pope and Vatican officials failing to make sure justice was served to Priests who were found molesting children... These priests were just relocated and put into another church.. People aiding the cover up of sex crimes against children are enablers. Enablers should be punished. I hope this Joe Paterno is served his fair share of justice.
Changes the entire question lolol Sorry but I found that funny... but same thing goes. Children and fans of Penn State shouldn't pay homage to anyone who condones Sexual abuse, and goes so far as to cover up such acts. I'd vote to have it removed.
Remove it, give them the death penalty like was done to SMU and move on. Hope and pray that the victims can put it behind them and move on as well.
Removed or changed in someway to make it infamous. And I don't mean change the plaque, I mean put a noose around its neck or something like that.

Yes.
It should either be removed or it should become tradition for people to walk by the statue and piss/sh*t on it.
