P.S. I don't want to get all muscular, just get my thighs fit and therefore gain some weight...
Guys who work out...any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I only know of ways to train your legs well at a gym. There are several machines designed for thighs. I suppose running regularly and doing jumping exercises will help build muscle. Results are based on your body type. You can see results in as little as 5 days or never see results at all. Remember "No pain - No gain"

yeah if you're not into building get all muscular do calisthenics aka bodyweight exercises. It will get you strong, toned and not build an awful lot of muscles.
Do Squats, lots of squats and then move onto pistols.
Pistols are basically a one legged squat. One leg out in front of you and squat down on your supporting leg, then back up. Use the wall for support when you start out and do equal amounts on both sides to avoid imbalance.
Best way is to go on the power bikes at the gym, and ramp up the resistance. My Thighs got super big in the space of a month.
i think you would have trouble arguing that the bike is more effective than heavy squats...
did you go every day?
Yes, and now I've gone over the size I was aiming for. As for Doc Classics remark, The Cycles are a lot easier for beginners to do over squats.
Body weight- Bulgarian split squat, lunge, reverse lunge, jackknife, burpees (really good for total body too), side lunge, step ups, box jumps, planks, wall sits.
Barbell-lunges, squats
Dumbbell- bulgarian split squat, goblet squat.
