eggs with sauteed mushroom and 2 slices of spam on the side for breakfast
then for lunch I ate a salad with poppy seed dressing, then for dinner I gave in, yet again, and ate a handful of cheddar cheese flavored sunchips (my weakness) with half a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese (chive flavor).
I feel really guilty about the bagel, so I'm going for a one mile run.
Does this seem like a lot of calories for a day for somebody who's trying to lose weight?
