Bowel movement issue? Please advise.

I eat a lot of foods with a lot of fiber. However, when I go, sometimes it doesn't come out cleanly. There's just that little bit in the end that's difficult to eliminate. When this happens, I try to relax and contract in intervals, and eventually it eliminates, although this could take up to five minutes.

On a few occasions, it doesn't come out at all when I go at that time, so I have to be a little constipated. I'll eliminate it the next time I go, but I would rather get rid of it all during one sitting. Any advice?

Thanks, I stay hydrated but need to exercise regularly. I have fiber capsules but don't take them on a regular basis. I'll have to remember to do so.

Thanks for all your helpful tips. Yesterday I made sure I stayed hydrated and ate fiber-rich foods. I also took my fiber capsule.

I just tried the squatting position. I'm in the U.S. with a modern toilet, so I propped my feet on a laundry basket and leaned forward to achieve this simulated/make-shift squat position. IT REALLY WORKED! It eliminated so quickly, easily and completely!

I'm going to get either the squatty potty stool link or the health step link
